UNIQA GSC - 1st time part of the "Hands-on HR" project

This is an interview with Jana Kosdiová, Head of HR at UNIQA Group Service Center Slovakia where she described her experience with the “Hands-on HR: global trends” project, organized by AmCham and BSCF, in which UNIQA GSC participated for the first time this year.
Jana, interviewed by Maťa Vnučková, presented that the main goal was to approach the work in the field of Human Resources in an interactive way, and you will find out in the video whether UNIQA GSC succeeded.
